Nexora Labs materials are supplied only for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or products for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.

Products must never be administered to people or animals, used in food or cosmetics, or used in diagnostic, therapeutic, or personal applications. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, are a qualified researcher or represent a legitimate research institution, and have the training, facilities, protective equipment, and authorization required to handle research chemicals.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the safe receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of all materials. You must follow institutional safety procedures and all federal, state, local, import, and export laws that apply to your purchase and research.

You may not resell, relabel, or distribute Nexora Labs materials for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, or any other prohibited use. Nexora Labs may decline any inquiry or sale where prohibited use is suspected.

Nexora Labs is a U.S.-based research chemical supplier, not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and not an outsourcing facility under Section 503B. Our products are not manufactured, labelled, or sold as medications.

Products are furnished as research chemicals and are not manufactured, labelled, packaged, or sold as medications. No representation is made regarding safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Availability checks, quotes, wholesale requests, and all orders are handled directly by our sales team at sales@nexoralaboratories.com. An inquiry is not a binding order; all requests are subject to review. Certificates of Analysis are lot-specific records reflecting the tested batch identified on each certificate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nexora Labs is not responsible for damages or losses arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or misuse of research chemicals. Materials are provided as-is for lawful research, and the buyer accepts the associated risks.
